Vitra Akari 10A Floor Lamp

Designed by Isamu NoguchiManufactured by VitraDuring Noguchi’s design process, a total of over 100 hand-made Shoji-paper models for his lighting collection were created. Noguchi chose the name ‘akari’, as this word connotes brightness and light in his native Japanese. The Akari 10A is created from washi paper and bamboo ribbing and is supported by a metal frame. The lamp accommodates up to a 60 watt bulb.The Akari collection, handcrafted in Japan, will have irregular lead times. Please consult with store team for more information.
